Metrics4FORTRAN calculate software metrics for individual modules or for the entire project. These tools run interactively or in the background on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The software metrics calculated for an individual module include:

The Integration Test Percentage (ITP) provides a numeric value indicating how much of the project's source code has been tested and can be used to better prepare for Formal Qualification Testing (FQT). Output from Metrics4FORTRAN can easily be imported into a spreadsheet program to graphically display the data. Metrics4FORTRAN can also flag warnings if the lines of code or the cyclomatic complexity value exceeds a specified maximum. Metrics2GIF generates GIF graphics for Metrics4FORTRAN summary data which can then be viewed using a web browser. |
